Billing is handled directly through the TrueCoach platform upon account registration. Credit cards are accepted! Your subscription will auto-renew every four weeks, on the same billing date until cancellation.

Please reach out to Tory (victoria@rootandrisefitness.com) or via the in-App messenger feature with your cancellation request and your account will be terminated at the end of your current billing cycle, no questions asked.

You’ll have access to your programming through the end of your billing cycle, after which you’ll no longer be able to access the App.

You’ll receive a new cycle of workouts every six weeks, but programming will change slightly (increasing in intensity/ difficulty) every single week.

The Root & Rise Fitness App is hosted through TrueCoach, available on iPhone, Android, and desktop. You’ll receive a link to download the App upon account registration.

Tory will maintain communication at minimum, once per week via the in-App messenger feature. You have 24/7 messaging access to Tory for unlimited form-checks or questions, simply navigate to the in-App messenger feature to upload videos of your workouts or to chat.
