The Root & Rise Fitness App provides 3 workouts per week in 6 week cycles. Billing occurs *monthly* from the first day of programming directly through the Root & Rise Fitness/ TrueCoach App. Credit cards are accepted! 30 days notice is required to cancel with no minimum monthly commitment. Please confirm that you understand your billing cycle and are ready to roll!
